These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. These include our various apps, websites, email messages,

applications, buttons, widgets, advertisements and commercial services and our other covered services linked to these terms (collectively, the "services"), as well as any information, text, links, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, videos or other materials or compilations of materials uploaded, downloaded or displayed on our services (collectively, the "content"). Who can use our services

You need to create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for keeping your account safe and choosing a strong password and limit

its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

Your content does not contain any misrepresentation, deception or misleading content;
Your content does not contain links to content that contradicts our Terms of Use.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to block or delete users who violate our Terms of Use.

Content that contradicts our guidelines or Terms of Use can be reported via the contact form on our website (https://www.happs.app),

as well as via the feedback functions within our app or the reporting function for the specific happening.
